Summary
ZLAN5443D is a 4-serial port serial port server /Modbus gateway mounted on a guide rail, RS485 with optocoupler isolation, which can effectively isolate the interference on the RS485 bus to ensure the stability of the device. It is suitable for use in the environment where the RS485 bus has interference. Built-in power supply lightning protection, 9 ~ 24V wide voltage, terminal type power access, with shell node cable.
ZLAN5443D adopts guide rail design, with guide buckle on the back; At the same time, it is also equipped with the above two mounting ears, which can be mounted horizontally or vertically, respectively suitable for installation to the backplane or the desktop.
ZLAN5443D can realize the conversion of 4 TCP/IP protocols to RS485/422/232, 4 channels work at the same time and can be configured for different baud rates. It can realize the data acquisition of 485 devices through the network, and the network side can use the virtual serial port to connect the serial port software or the direct TCP/IP communication software. Comes with two 10M/100M network ports, you can connect any network port. The other network port can be cascaded to multiple ZLAN5443D serial ports through network cables, which can be cascaded to 8 serial ports, 12 serial ports, and 16 serial ports.
ZLAN5443D supports Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP and has the feature of storage Modbus gateway. It can also be used as a non-storage Modbus gateway.

Typical application connections are shown in the figure. The original serial device is connected to the serial port of ZLAN5443D, and the 5443D is connected to the computer through the network cable. The software on the computer connects to 5443D through TCP/IP or virtual serial port. Thereafter, any data sent by the serial device is transparently transmitted to the computer's software, and the data sent by the software to the ZLAN5443D over the network is transparently transmitted to the serial device.
